I was genuinely surprised by how kind, professional, and transparent these folks at Automotive Repair Solutions were. They provided consistent updates, kept me informed as to what they would be doing (as they only acted with approval), and had an itemized bill. Every adjustment or addition was clear and reasonable. I noticed a few other reviews complain about the time for repairs, but I believe that is to be expected from smaller businesses, that simply don’t have the massive amount of parts or systems compared to a corporation/big LLC. I had engine misfiring, as well as a few other miscellaneous issues (admittedly due to neglect and ignorance on my end), and they all had it all done in just shy of eight business days. That’s the diagnostics, waiting for me to consent to repairs, shipping of materials, doing the repair, and verifying no other issues were present. They were able to slap everything on in one morning. Again, excellent service.
